Dried yellow croaker is an exclusive product of Far Isles Company. This is an excellent dried fish dainty which has already swept the Russian seafood market. Favourite dainty for women and children.

This small fish is found in the south of China. It is manufactured of rare percoid fish according to special recipes. Its soft fat flesh of saturated reddish colour has few intermuscular bones. All fillet bones have been removed by hand. This fish is scaled.

This fish, when split along its spine, resembles an irregular triangle. It is probably the most convenient fish for the consumers. Both its form and substance are unique: only in our product all bones, however small, have been removed by hand!
